Bellfire manufactures different kinds of protective gear during the virus threat period. We manufacture two types of masks and a protective suit. Masks are made responsibly, as all workers wear protective gear themselves and do regular disinfection procedures.
Textile mask PP
- The mask is multilayered (3 to 6 layers)
- All layers are spunbonded non-woven synthetic fabrics
- Reusable 2-4 times. Inspect visually to check for faults
- Can be washed in washing machine up to 60 degrees celcius
- Iron with low temperature – with one dot. Ironing with steam is not allowed
- Mask is not meant for medical purposes
- Wearing a face mask in combination with other preventative measures will help reduce the risk of becoming infected through inhalation and infecting others.

Filtermask ePM1
- Mask is three-layered
- All layers are spunbonded non-woven synthetic fabrics
- Middle layer is made with ISO 16890 standard certified ePM1 65% filter material. Filter removes 1 micrometer sized particles from the air with 65% accuracy. This material has been approved by TTJA in the medical mask manufacturing instructions.
- Mask has a nose bridge wire
- Mask is not intended for medical use (only with sertificate)
- Mask is meant for single use
- Wearing a face mask in combination with other preventative measures will help reduce the risk of becoming infected through inhalation and infecting others.

Face mask user manual
The purpose of the face mask is to protect the wearer and others. Before using the mask wash hands with water and soap. Put mask on the face with folds facing downward. Make sure the mask covers nose, mouth and chin. Use the mask max 2 hours. After using the mask, wash your hands again (remove from earrubber). Put the used mask in a plastic bag that can be sealed. Wash with 60 degrees. If you will not use the mask again, throw it in a garbage bin that can be sealed. NB! While wearing the mask and during taking off, be sure that your hands are clean. Change your mask when you have sneezed or feel that it’s moist.
Protective suit
- Protective suits are made from 100% PP
- Protective suit fabric weight is 40 g/m²
- Protective suits are available in three sizes:
M 160-170cm, L 170-180cm ja XL 180-190cm height
