What we use cookies for
Google Analytics – User data is stored for the purpose of collecting usage statistics. In addition, the IP address of the User is stored in the Google Analytics dataset. These statistics allow us to gain insight into the behaviour of Users, to highlight shortcomings of the website and to make the web more personalised and user-friendly in the long term.
What we do with the information we collect
We use the information we collect to provide the service. Accordingly, we do not collect information about Users that is not necessary to provide the service. Information relating to the User will be available on an as-needed basis:
For the User
To the body administering the Website
To the contracting bodies
All affiliated partners share similar principles with us and hold and use User Personal Information on the same principles. In order to protect the interests of the User, the processing of personal data between the different parties is only carried out on a contractual basis.
When collecting statistical data, we consider the User’s interest in obtaining a more user-friendly service and in the smooth operation of the website. Statistical data allow us to analyse the patterns of Users’ behaviour when using the web service, allowing us to see which content pages are most frequently used and where Users encounter deficiencies.
Direct marketing communications
If there is interest, we will send the User newsletters about new products, services and conditions. To receive newsletters, the User must give their consent. If the User no longer wishes to receive direct marketing communications, he/she should select the appropriate opt-out link at the bottom of the e-mail or send a request to bellfire@bellfire.ee.
Where personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, the User has the right to object at any time to the processing of his/her personal data, both initially and subsequently, by informing Customer Support at bellfire@bellfire.ee.
