If you wish to return goods bought from the Bellfire online shop, please fill in the application below. We will e-mail you a confirmation once it is sent.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 30 days of receiving them. The costs of packaging and returning the goods are borne by the buyer.

Please note: the right of return does not apply to goods made to your specifications – for example soft furniture upholstered in a fabric of your choice, or a mattress or bed made to a special size. Consumer rights do not extend to legal entities. Full details are in our terms and conditions.
